Shipping Information

Delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch, with tracking all the way to your door.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of A$79 or more.
• Orders under A$79: A$7.95 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
• No extra fees at your door: the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Wrong address? You have 1 hour

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email support@tidyroo.co within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll update it before dispatch.

• After 1 hour, your order may already be on its way and we can't be held responsible for a parcel sent to the address entered at checkout.
• If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you once it arrives back. We can then reship it to the correct address, and new shipping costs may apply.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. More details on our order tracking page.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes.
