• Or log in to your account to see your orders and their status.

Delivery times

1. Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
2. We send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
3. Your parcel arrives in 7 to 12 business days, with tracking all the way.

Tracking not updating?

It's normal for tracking to pause for a few days while your parcel is in transit between carriers. It will update again as it gets closer to you.

Parcel late or missing?

Can't find your tracking email, or your parcel hasn't arrived after 12 business days? Email us at support@tidyroo.co with your order number and we'll check it for you.
