Welcome to Tidyroo. These Terms of Service apply when you visit tidyroo.co or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Tidyroo is an online store operated by Adrien Graff (EI), a sole trader registered in France (SIRET 984 324 962 00039). Our contact details are on our contact information page.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. If a product is not as described, our refund policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
• Any discount shown is a genuine reduction on our usual price.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering and return items within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our refund policy.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are explained in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by the carrier.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. All content on tidyroo.co (text, logo, design and images) belongs to Tidyroo or its licensors.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
